Bespoke process

1. The Brief: Let’s Get to Know You!

First, we’ll chat about all the fun stuff—your dream wedding, theme, colours, and the vibes you’re going for. I want to hear all about your love story and any passions or quirks that make you, you. Together, we’ll pick out a base forma (or create something completely new!) and settle on the design style that feels like the perfect starting point. We’ll also go over quantities and deadlines to keep everything on track.

2. The Quote: Making It Official

After our chat, I’ll whip up a personalised quote based on all the details we’ve discussed. Once you’re happy and we’ve confirmed everything with a deposit, the design magic begins!

3. The Designs:

Bringing Your Vision to Life

Within 2-3 weeks, I’ll present you with a few digital design concepts tailored to your tastes and personalities. We’ll exchange a few emails as you share your thoughts and favorite elements. I’ll make up to 3 rounds of design updates (with unlimited text tweaks) until we’ve got the perfect final proof. Depending on how detailed we go and how quickly we bounce ideas, this part could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months—but we’ll have fun along the way!

4. The Printing:

From Pixels to Paper

First, we’ll chat about all theOnce the design is approved, it’s off to the printers! I work with top-quality pros to make sure your stationery looks and feels amazing. Any special hand-crafted touches—like folding or accessories—will be done in my studio. Printing and finishing usually take about 1-2 weeks.

5. Delivery Day:

The Big Reveal

If you’re local, I love doing hand-deliveries so I can see the smile on your face when you unwrap your beautiful stationery! Otherwise, your order will be shipped with care in eco-friendly packaging, arriving via first-class tracked delivery.
